Crème de la crème


  • sliced Brioche loaf
  • Nutella
  • 3 large eggs
  • salt
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • olive oil
  • strawberries




  1. Spread Nutella generously onto a slice of the brioche and top with another to make a sandwich
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  3. Oil the pan and preheat it to a medium to high heat. Dip each of the sandwiches into the egg and place on the hot pan to cook the egg into the bread
  4. Serve with fresh strawberries
